Faculty for Agronomy

The students focus on forest and ornamental nurseries, forest plantations, artificial forest plantations, forest parks, irrigation systems, land reclamation systems, forests of conservation value. The graduates are employed at the forestry enterprises, the state forest inspection, forest design organizations, forest areas, wildlife sanctuaries, city gardening farms, forest nurseries, parks and state reserves.

Entrance examinations: oral interview (exam) on the topic of the Master-programme. 
Duration of training: 2 years

Due to the global environmental violations, when environmental pollution becomes a threaten to the world, ecologists are in high demand not only at agricultural enterprises, scientific and educational institutions, but also in  the Departments of urban and regional environmental protection.

A modern agronomist is a versatile specialist. He is experienced not only in growing crops, but also he is specialized in agricultural production. The graduates can work as agronomists at agricultural enterprises, as farm managers, at research institutions, teachers at vocational schools and agricultural universities.
